This is a Chronogram. A Chronogram is a technical and illustrative map of the film I intend to make of the Osborn Centre of Culture & Arts (OCCA). The Chronogram describes the narrative of the film, covering issues surrounding the construction and stylisation of the film. The short film will be a 90 second video collage and will show a continuous camera pull away from the scene composition, revealing a vibrant and colourful video tableau; showing the existing derelict warehouse site and the proposed OCCA schematic in an abstract environment-all moving in extreme slow motion.
